Our processing plant in Puerto Madryn is the heart of Cañiu Pez. We understand that time is the most critical factor in the fishing industry. That is why we have designed a workflow that allows us to process the raw material in less than 10 hours, minimizing any risk of loss of freshness.






Our Numbers and Technology
We have an expert team of 120 people who ensure quality at every stage of the process. We process up to 20,000 kg per day, ensuring a constant and reliable supply. We use COIRON continuous freezing technology to preserve maximum freshness. This allows us to offer premium shrimp of the highest quality, ready for export.
