Its distinctive, sweet flavor comes from its 100% natural habitat. Caught in the wild in the South Atlantic, it grows without artificial feed, antibiotics, or genetic modifications.
Visually, it stands out for its intense, natural red color, even when raw. Its firm, fleshy texture, very similar to lobster, makes it a luxurious ingredient for haute cuisine and the world's most discerning consumers. In addition to its superior size compared to other shrimp, it is a lean protein, low in fat, and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, and essential minerals like zinc, iron, and potassium.
